Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Swipin' mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Swipin' ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You must not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

Subscription Terms

Premium Features Include:

Free Trial

  • New users receive a 14-day free trial of premium features
  • Free trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime during the free trial without charge
  • Only one free trial per user account

Billing and Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the current period's end
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Subscription benefits continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with these guidelines:

You May:

  • Upload your own Tinder data for quiz generation
  • Create groups and invite friends to participate
  • Share quiz results with friends within the app
  • Use the app for personal entertainment purposes

You May Not:

  • Upload data that belongs to someone else without permission
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
  • Use the app for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers

Content and Data Ownership

Your Data

  • You retain full ownership of any data you upload to the App
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use your data
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing app functionality

Generated Content

  • Quizzes and insights generated from your data belong to you
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data for app improvements
  • We do not claim ownership of your personal information or dating data

App Content

  • The app interface, design, and functionality are owned by Swipin'
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
  • All trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:

  • Your Tinder data is processed locally on your device
  • We use industry-standard encryption and security measures
  • You can delete your account and data at any time
  • We comply with applicable data protection regulations

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates
  • Features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice

Data Accuracy

  • Quiz results are for entertainment purposes only
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of uploaded data
  • AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swipin' shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Data loss or corruption (users should backup important data)
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Any damages exceeding the amount paid for premium subscription

Account Termination

By You

  • You may delete your account at any time through app settings
  • Cancelling subscription does not delete your account
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

By Us

  • We may suspend accounts for Terms violations
  • Serious violations may result in permanent termination
  • No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. When we make material changes:

  • We will notify you through the App or via email
  • The updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date
  • Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance
  • If you don't agree to changes, you should stop using the App

Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]
  • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration when possible
  • You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action
  • Disputes must be brought within one year of the issue arising

Miscellaneous

  • You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent
